Das Protein wird sogar in einigen Spitälern in den USA bei Kranken Patienten eingesetzt. Das Protein ist für mich: Geschmacklich, Konsistenz und Qualität A1! :thumbup:

Das Whey Konzentrat hat bestenfalls 80% Protein in Trockenmasse, hat einen ungewünscht hohen Anteil an Lactose (Milchzucker) und Fett.
Das Eiprotein (Eiweisspulver) hat maximal 80% Protein in Trockenmasse und einen relativ hohen Anteil an Kohlenhydraten.

FREY Nutrition gibt folgende Zusammensetzung an:
Milchprotein / Casein (70 %)
Molkenprotein-Isolat (12 %)
Molkenprotein-Konzentrat (10 %)
Eiprotein (4 %)

Jeder, der die Grundoperationen im Rechnen beherrscht, kann sich nun selber ein Bild dazu machen.

Wie wäre es mit der Aufnahme vom "Protein 96" von Frey Nutrition? Meiner Meinung nach das beste auf dem Markt erhältliche Mehrkomponenten-Protein :)

Bei dem hast du auch Gaba. Nehme es seit kurzem und ist ein Top Supplement.

Bei mir wirkt Gaba alleine eher aufputschend bei höheren Dosierungen ab 3g. Hatte in vergangenheit auch schon 5g und war die ganze nacht Hellwach und eine verdammt gute Stimmungsaufhellung :38

Aber kannst sonnst mal den Chef hier fragen ob er ev ein reines Gaba Supplement hier im Sortiment aufnimmt?

Merci Dänu, bin aber nur am Gaba selber interessiert, da dies mein Schlaf deutlich verbessert, und diese Formeln doch deutlich teurer sind als wenn man es einzel kauft... :)
