Stimmt, vier Eier und 200 g Lachs sind für vier Esser bzw. Portionen schon recht wenig. Ist vielleicht als Vorspeise gedacht :-) Aber lecker schauts aus, dabei bleib ich!!!
Kein Popeye, aber gut in Schuss...

Kresse kenn ich ehrlich gesagt gar nicht (also vom Namen her schon, aber mehr auch nicht). Aber so lecker Rührei und eine guten Lachs? Njami...

Da kommt bei mir auch gleich der Appetit, obwohl es noch so früh ist. Kresse ist sowieso großartig als Geschmacksbeilage.
