da gehe mich mit dir konsens, wein ist auch eines meiner hobby und pflege dies auch primär am wochenende. :thumbsup:

genussvoll geniessen, heisst für mich auch, bedacht, mit liebe und respekt und hat bei mir durchaus platz - auch im sport. :34

das mit dem entschlacken ist aber nicht ernst zu nehmen.

Ich hatte am Wochenende auch meinen Weinabend!

Einmal in der Woche gönne ich mir auch zumeist eine Flasche mit Freunden, darauf möchte ich nicht verzichten. Dass das für das Entschlacken gut sein soll, höre ich gerade allerdings auch zum ersten Mal! Ich sündige sonst beinahe nie, aber auf mein Glas Wein mag ich nicht verzichten. Mittlerweile habe ich auch eine echte Leidenschaft entwickelt und mein Keller mutiert teilweise schon zum Weinkeller. Glaub die älteste Flasche ist 13 Jahre alt. Auf https://www.mondovino.ch/entdecken/weinw…bedingungen/Cde habe ich gestern etwas über die richtige Weinlagerung gelesen, was sehr interessant war. Die Temperaturen sind dabei ja nicht gerade unwichtig. Ich denke solange man in Maßen genießt, ist da nichts dran auszusetzen.
